Here are my reasons for thinking Cowher is in his last season as Steelers' coach, etc. : He hasn't received or accepted his usual contract extension, his wife is from Raleigh, NC, and she and his remaining at home daughter are already moved into their 2.5 million dollar home in/near Raleigh, they own a summer home in NC, Fox has failed with the Panthers. He should've been fired by now.The scene is set for Cowher to retire from the Steelers, and become the coach of the Panthers within 2 years. You heard it here first.

i will't see Fox going after this three hundred and sixty 5 days. inspect his banged up team alongside with all of his Qb's. you could not fault a guy who has to throw Vinny Testaverde in at Qb. on the turn component, Cowher may well be waiting to do plenty extra suitable with the team healthful or not. If it have been me, i might easily circulate with Cowher. not a steelers fan yet I did like the way he controlled that team.

Anyone can get fired at any time, but IF John Fox is fired, what makes you so sure Cowher is (A) getting fired and (B) that he's going to Carolina?

If anything, i'd love the Giants to get either of them when Coughlin is coughed up and out of the Giants organization after this season.

No one. When was the last time a Steelers head coach left to go coach another team?

Learn some NFL history there, Sparky.

I'm a big Panthers fan & haven't heard any of this mentioned. I can say Fox is so popular, whoever would fire him would be viewed as a 'vilian'
