hehe, I effin LOVE all those bands, but I guss, my reccomendation, would be --
1. Cancer - My Chemical Romance
2. Sparta - Taking Back Cointrol
3. Incubus - Anna-Molly

Honestly, that's more Pop rock than punk, but still..
Listen to the Offspring. The radio songs get annoying, but their albums are absolutely incredible. The best two are Ixnay On The Hombre and Smash, although the other ones are great too.
With the kind of bands you listen to, you might like their Americana album.

Real punk rock. Blink 182 and the like are hardly real punk.
Listen to some early Elvis Costello, early Talking Heads and Ramones.
As for Elvis, look up: Goon Squad, Lipstick Vogue, Radio Radio, Less Than Zero, Watching The Detectives, This Year's Girl, Chelsea, I'm Not Angry, I Hope You're Happy Now, etc.
Talking Heads: Artists Only, Stay Hungry, Psycho Killer, Found a Job, Life During Wartime
And Ramones, everything they did was punk, so take your pick.

You are hopeless. If you think that Blink182 and Good Charlotte are punk, its not even worth steering you towards some good bands. So go on and continue to live in your bubble where you are hxc punkrawk badass. REAL punk is Minor Threat, Sex Pistols, Dead Kennedys, Agent Orange, Circle Jerks, Flipper, Richard Hell, and other music you would have no appreciation for.

For classic stuff, absolutely anything by the Sex Pistols and The Ramones.
Also, though it's not really punk, if you listen to The Who's album 'Quadrophenia' you will find stuff that really inspired the last Green Day album. The Who have been a big influence on them for sure.
