I live in Knoxville Tennessee. Im not sure, but I think like Kroger or other grocery stores would hire you for a bagging position. You may have to go through your high school, and sign up for the work program. That is where you would leave school a couple of hours early to go to work that they have gotten for you, and you receive credit at school for it. Otherwise, it is really difficult to get work unless you are at least 15.

mowing lawns, babysitting, pet sitting and watering plants for vacationing neighbors and friends, stocking shelves at the local corner mom-and-pop store, mowing lawns, painting fences and sheds, raking leaves, helping with general cleaning around the house.

Ummmm.. i think you would probably be toooooo young to get a job anywhere especially at 14 maybe 16.
