UK, Japan, Germany, Spain; In the US Utah has the most inexpensive colleges.
What do you want to study? Medicine, engineering, international business? Thats the MOST important question!

There are few to 0 cheap colleges/universities in the US that are cheap. Since you aren't a resident you'd have to pay extra for being a non-resident. Do they not have university where you live?
I'd check around Europe for schools, they are cheaper than here in the US.

I think they are a personal choice and statement. If I choose to shave my head or grow 3 feet of mane that is also my personal choice and any one who labels me for it only inhibits themselves. Long hair is more of a hazard in sports and it makes me furious that narrow minded people use this feeble excuse to discriminate against what they fear in ignorance.
