Yes, implantation spotting can happen about 6-12 days past ovulation when the fertilized egg burrows into the lining of the uterus. This spotting is very light pink and a very small amount.

spotting can mean a lot of things. spotting in implantation is either pink or brown in color and only last a few days but i know of some people who had the spotting for a week or even months off and on. but the spotting is very light, nothing like a period. you can also spott if your taking birth control, or maybe even stress.

I guess it is different for everyone. I actually did spot and have horrible cramping when I became pregnant. because I'd been told for 10 years that I couldn't conceive, I just thought it was normal menstrual stuff. Well, big surprise! It was because I was expecting!

Spotting is a sign of many things. I would take a pregnancy test, and whether the test is postiive or negative, call your OB anyway.

Sometimes.... do you think you could be pregnant??? Did you take a home pregnancy test???

If you are worried, why not go to the doctors and get yourself check out....
