It's a very tedious process in most cases.

The easiest way is to get all the phone numbers into an excel database format. You can then sort or match up any number that has been duplicated.

Otherwise, there's 3rd party vendors that can do it for a fee, which makes sense if you have very large lists.

Most lists will come "pre-scrubbed", but you still need to have your own DNC access number active, valid and current, or you'll be found to be at fault.

There's a company called Gryphon Networks that handles DNC stuff for companies. Look them up.
