Scan your PC for malware. Usually, pop ups are a sign of malware.
All of these are ones that I personally use and all are free.

Get a pop up blocker. Yahoo toolbar has one for free. Download the Yahoo bar and activate the free tool.

Use a popup blocker, all browsers have them. Casale will still pop under, but a lot less annoying.

sounds like malware, or crap ware. get some on line scans or look for it on your system
