my fiance is ALWAYS in the mood and there are times that I just don't feel like it. He keeps trying and I keep saying no. He gets disappointed, but you know what? You know if you are in the mood or not, not him, and if you don't want it, you don't want it. End of story.
And for James...you are only saying that b/c you are a guy. Guys are always in the mood so when would the guy have a chance to pleasure the girl when he's not in the mood? If someone isn't in the mood, that means for everything, not just sex.

It's ok to say no, but there is a better answer.
Why not say, later and let him know when.
No to many men is rejecting him as a person. It's the way most guys connect. Enough no's and he'll begin to feel really disconnected from you.
So, I suggest that instead of saying no, say later, set a time and keep your word, or provide him with other lovemaking such as oral or handjobs.

He will understand, but your marriage will suffer. Let me be clear, it is okay to say no _sometimes_ but if you are long term having sex _way_ less then your husband desires, you two have got a problem.
You need to find a compromise that works for both of you.
If you feel that its hormonal, get it checked out. Maybe your testosterone _IS_ low. Maybe not, but if you feel like your hormones are bouncing around and its affecting you and your marriage, why not check?

It is always okay to say no because you have to tell him like baby i understand that you want it and i am willing to give it to you and plz you but i am tired he will understand but you have to tell him because if you don't he will think that you don't love him and go and find someone else who would do it so you have to let him know how you feel

Be flattered that he is in the mood but if you do not want it then do not have it. However, it is ok to please him in ways that do not expend too much energy from yourself. Part of human emotions and contact is to give to the other person. Men should do this for women too when they are not in the mood.

Hes male, of course he is always in the mood. You can say no, but better yet, you could offer others ways of releiving him.
