Actually, it is recommended that discus be kept in species-only tanks. If you must put something with them, you could get a school of small tetras such as neons, black neons, glowlights, or cardinals. I would move the clown loaches, though.

German Ram Cichids do well with discus.

Here is a list of fish we have kept in our clients discus aquariums:
German Ram Cichlids,
Bolivian Ram Cichlids
Festivums,
Angelfish,
Cardinal Tetras (in schools)
Plecostumus
Cory Catfish.

Tank size will make a difference, as many of our discus aquariums were over 75 gallons (several over 150).
Water parameters are important too, so we always tried to pick fish that preferred the same water. We used products such as Bio-Lif to maintain pH while still adding Calcium (usually via Wonder shells) that the Discus needed.
Be careful with fish that can bring in disease, many angelfish unfortunately are imported quite sickly. We used UV Sterilization to help prevent this.

I would remove the loach and add a school of neon tetras or maybe some siamese algae eaters (MAKE SURE they are SAE's and not a flying fox or CAE, as they can harm the fish)

It would be wise to remove the clown loach leaving other pairs. Thanks.

fish will always eat babies... you need to get a breeding net/ special tank thing... so that the babies fall out of harm's way.
