Italian, because with all of the tenses and forms, many of the words in a sentence will rhyme and to me, it always sounds like poetry.

Really? German? I feel like I am coughing something up when I speak German. I was taken with French for a while, but my new brother-in-law speaks Spanish (well, he's from Mexico, so...) and I think it sounds pretty hot... I would love to hear a little Italian whispered in my ear, though, just to be able to judge more fairly...
