I've heard fraternity guys talk like this in reference to girls. EX: "I'm with so-and-so and I set it off for him"

I don't know why people speak on issues they know nothing about (people who responded to this question).... I think what you are referring too "Set it OWT for him." This term is used mainly with BGLO Greeks, but the ORGS who know what it truly means are the Divas of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and My bruhz of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. This term expresses hypeness, excitement, well representing their ORG, love and an understanding of eachother. I am not sure why an Omega would say this to a NON-GREEK the word is used among GREEKS.
