dont want to do anything to hurt her feelings...see doesnt wear any makeup at all ..she is still very attractive lady but would be nice to se her with some eye liner or shawdow , and lashes....dont really care about makeup and stuff...all looks great...just think something around he reyes some would be very nice...may be just best to not say anything ...what you all think

Direct communication is the best I think. Tell her she has beautiful eyes and that you've noticed when other women who wear a little "eye" makeup seems to enhance their beauty and has she ever tried any? Lets her know you notice her and that she is beautiful without putting pressure on her to "do so" and offers an opportunity for her to explain why she doesnt. I cant due to allergies-even non-allergic cause me problems.. good luck

Get her a voucher for a beauty make up session...in order not to hurt her feelings I would vote for a facial massage and make-up session.
Make it really subtle...like invite her to a restaurant and have the voucher as a bonus for her to prepare for a very special evening.
I would feel very pampered instead of offended by this approach.
Also don't forget to compliment her on her looks and look very very interested in her she will definitely feel the makeup makes a difference.

Maybe you could go to the mall with her and offer to buy her a whole new makeup kit? She could go to the many makeup counters in the mall and get a makeover. When she sees how impressed you are with the result she may want to wear the stuff all of the time! Encourage her to try different looks and when she does be sure to tell her how lovely she looks. I think maybe when you are watching Tv or a movie and you see eye makeup you like you should maybe say "that looks very nice, it would look so pretty on you" and maybe she will want to try it after that but at the same time her feelings wont be hurt.

Your going to have to feel her out first.. maybe ask a random question like.. so what do you think about eye make up?
My husband has suggested a little from me lately.. I've been off work for a bit and haven't been dressing up as posh as before. He said that he kinda misses seeing me as 'posh', by that I mean nice clothes, hair done, and make up on.
So I'm going to make a little more effort.. cause as much as I like seeing him posh.. so does he like seeing me.
When I was a kid growing up, I remember asking my mom why she gets all dressed up if she doesn't go out anywhere, since she wasn't working. She use to tell me that your dad works at a place with nice looking women all day.. when he comes home its nice to see a attractive women not one looking shaggy.
I don't know how related that story is, but its nice to dress up for one another.. it helps in the romance department too =D.
My husband when he asked me,, it was just right out, with no fuzzy coating.. just being honest.. she will appreciate that.

you could buy her some really nice eye shadows an things, an say "i bought them cuz ur eyes are beautiful and i thought it would be perfect for them" an give it to her for christmas maybe or soemthing so she will not think u just had that on ur mind. also maybe u could bring it up in a teasy convo like ask her if u could do anything to mix it up for her, shave, or wear black eyeliner teehee, then when she says things she could do, mention "something with ur eyes" would be perfect becuse they ae so prety it would look nice. ya hope that helps â¥

Why not take her out and say that you want to try someting different for the two of you. Ask her gently to put some makeup on and you do something different also. As a woman, I'm sure she will feel insecure about the way you feel towards her if you come right out and say you want her to wear makeup. That's just how we are.

Get her a gift certificate to an upscale department store like nordstrom or saks fifth ave to get a free make up consultation with purchase.Then say "Honey I got this for you so you can feel pampered and spend some time on your self too". Also since you are gonna do that get her a gift certificate for her hair as well. She will love u more and I doubt she will take offense if it seems like you are showering her with gifts.

Take her out on a date.... First tell her this night is all about her... take her to the nearest mall tell her to pick out a gorgeous dress... and shoes.... then take her to get a make over at the local Clinique or Este Lauder counter. Then tell her to put on the dress and take her out to a lovely dinner and tell her how beautiful she looks and how well that beautician made up her eyes, the beautful eyes i am intrapped by. And if she likes the colors or comments on them go buy her some of that eye make-up and gift it to her as a gift next week with a gift note that says enjoyed our date... i love you

If your happily married I would imagine the communication & understanding part of the relashonship is good, so just tell her what you think, just like you explained it here, she is beautiful, but maybe she can try some make up to accentuate her beauty.
