You have to know how to isolate your muscles and body movement. First suck your stomache in from the top, where your rib cage begins. Start to release the hold little by little as you are gradually tightening your lower ab muscles. It must have like a ripple effect type look. When the lowest part of your abs are tightened, your upper belly near the top of the ribcage should be potted (sticking out). You repeat that till you get good and you can learn to go quicker.

first, you push your chest out (not far, just a little bit), then put your hips out gradually, until your hips and chest are lined up(your knees will be bent a little bit), and then roll your chest back in, flicking your hips out a bit farther, and then repeat the process.
