There is one that is marketed as being audible only for younger people, but it doesn't actually work. I can hear it, and I'm 22. My mother can hear it, and she's 50. Maybe some 80-year-olds can't hear it, but they probably can't hear much of anything. :) In either case, my baby sister paid a few dollars to download it and it was a complete waste of money.
Sorry, I think it's just a con.

There is a ringtone that attempts to do that. It is called Mosquito. The ability to hear high pitched sounds diminishes as you age. The ringtone is intended to be audible to people who are teens and younger, but not to their parents or teachers. However, high frequency hearing loss does not occur at the same rate in all people. Some people beyond the teen years can still hear it.

Yes. Actually, people older than 20 can hear them. But there are phones can not play them in the sound spectrum needed. You would have to have very good sound quality on the phone.
