I met some men between the ages of 27 - 32 still living at home & receiving an allowance from their parents. I ran into them at a bar, they were very good looking men, and were boasting about their allowance. When I asked them about their living arrangements, they saw nothing wrong with it & kept saying "would you turn away free money"?
I don't know what to make of this!

A real man would take care of his life, not let his parents do it for him. If they are working that is one thing, but if they are getting an allowance only, they may be fun to date, but not to be in a relationship with.
My son still lives with me, he is 20 and attending college. He will always be welcome in my home but if not in college then he will have to work.

That would throw up some red flags for me. Personally, regardless of how attractive they were I wouldnt try to pursue anything long-term with them. That is just me though.

sounds like they would be immature...especially if they're taking money from their parents. they need to learn how to grow up and act like a big boy and make some money for himself.
