I don't get the whole putting more holes in your body than you were born with thing anyway. It's your body, your're the one who has to live with it. Just follow the aftercare instructions exactly to prevent infection. (go for broke, do them both )

Go with both - but be careful with sports and stuff, my ex had her's rip out when she was playing volleyball, it snagged her shirt. OUCH!!
