why do some people find it necessary to include "duh" in some form of a word, phrase or variation there of...when initiating a response? It would seem to me that, "duh" should be left for people who DON'T ask questions, not the ones who do!! "DUH" What do you think?

I think people who find it necessary to insult the person asking questions have a problem of their own. I was taught that there is no such thing as a stupid question. However, I'm one of those who rarely asks. I'd rather do the research myself.

It's a way of stating that THEY feel that the answer is obvious.

Why did the chicken cross the road?
To get to the other side, DUH!

I consider it rude and usually give it a thumbs down. The only 'Duh' questions are the ones not asked.
