Akiller is the best pop up blocker I've ever used. You can add the persistent popups on the list and will never see them again after that. Adding it is easy too as you just click on the popup.

F-secure is not a popup blocker. Try google's toolbar, I think its better than Yahoo's.

Sounds like you have a spyware on your computer causing the popups. F-secure does viruses, not spywares.

Go to download.com and get both Spybot Seek&Destroy and Ad-aware SE Personal. Run them both and it should clean the spyware.
