When visiting a website do you like to see employee bios?

I am building a website for my office and there has been some discussion as to whether or not we should put employee photos and bios on the site. When you visit a site do you like to see who you will be working with or does it really matter to you?

Yes, when I go to a website, I like to see how the employees are, and what the contribute to the company. I think it makes you feel more welcome.

yeah i think that would be a good idea. Radio shows do that and it is pretty neat.
