Ana is the name of a person.
Not anorexia.
And it's american slang language I don't understand.
I would like to know what it means in non-slang language.
Thank you.

Ana = Anna (a girl's name)

bitnes = business

homie = does this mean a white person, or a friend , not sure?

don';t get it twisted = make no mistake about it

"bitnes"-deliberate respelling of "business".
"Homie"- Shortened version of homeboy, homeboy being your close friend.
"dont get it twisted"- Don't get it wrong, don't be confused about it

Secondly, Ana is my business, so don't get it turned around.

Wow, first off what moron talks like that. Second of its ana for ANOREXIA.. as in anorexia is their business so leave them alone because its not your problem.

My guess is:

Ana (name of person?) is their business, so don't get involved.
