It all depends on the man body size and tolerance more on the tolerance those. The bigger u r the more u can handle in some cases not all Some ppl can drink a case and some drink 3 and be done 4. metabolism is the key word the faster the alchol burns off the more u can drink.

Depends what state you're in. The blood alchohol content'll vary from state to state. Usually I think it's .08.
If that's what you meant.
If you meant when can he drink, that varies from country to country. In Ireland it's 18 and in America it's 21.

It really depends on the state you live in, but it usually falls somewhere around 0.08%
