I'd vote for Clinton.
BUT...alas...he wouldn't win, 'cause Bush would steal the election; he's good at it!

This is assuming that there would be some sort of repeal of the Constitution that forbids presidents for running for more than two terms, but that aside, I would vote for Bill Clinton. I would vote for Bozo the Clown before I voted for Bush. Oh, woops, Bush is Bozo the Clown.... Anyway, the only thing Clinton ever did wrong was to mess up in his personal life. That is not, despite what so many self-righteous people think, none of anyone's business other than Hilary's. Bill Clinton did a good job as a president. This country did well under Clinton. Bush, on the other hand, has run this country into the ground and made a mess of everything his hands have touched. Salaries are down, costs are up, businesses are going out of business or just leaving the country, the economy is a mess, the rich get richer, the poor get poorer and he's managed to have several thousand of our beautiful young men killed in a war that has nothing to do with the terrorism that once threatened our country. Bush waves the flag to hide his stupidity and we all support him because, if we didn't, we would be "un-American." Right?

Is this some sort of trick question. I want to say Bill Clinton because I have a lot of respect for the man, bj notwithstanding. It's not like I never had one. But Bill Clinton would be ineffective as president because of his little peccadillo. George Bush has hurt this country historically like no other president ever has. Don't take my word for it, history will make this abundantly clear. The voting public has to share a lot of the blame here.

So, to answer your question, neither one.

all and sundry enjoyed Clinton previously; with Hilary it replaced into like (for me) having bill come back. Bush is a wash out, i do no longer think of he has any (or many) supporters after the blunders he has made interior the final 8 years (4 years even). So all of us loves Clinton and no-one likes Bush. CLINTON!!

Aside from the fact that neither could possibly run, I don't understand why any woman would admit that she would vote for a man who is a rapist, sexual harasser, and is openly unfaithful to his wife. Besides being a crook!
George has made some large mistakes, but generally has had the future of the country at heart when making them and depended upon information from intelligence sources that had a majority of Congress convinced as well.
Clinton's legacy was one that was forced upon him by Newt Gingrich and a House. He had only two years to get his liberal agenda in place and he failed. So his popularity was the result of Republican policies. He got the credit for what they made him do. But the President always gets the blame as well so I guess it evens out.
