Would you believe this has happened to me on 3 separate occasions? One night I was walking home with some friends after a party.. we were pretty intoxicated and there was a guy hanging out in his doorway. I'm fairly friendly so I said "hello!" and instead of replying to me he just looked down at his ummm area and that's when I saw he was spanking his monkey. When I realized what he was doing I grabbed my friends hand and said "come on come on!" She was like "What? why?" so I pointed out to her what he was doing and she yelled to the guy "did u need a hand with that?" as i was dragging her away. That time freaked me out a little cause he was RIGHT there he could've grabbed one of us if that had been his intention.
Incident #2 was when I was in high school. There was a park across the street from our school that we used to hang out in a lot. We had heard other students talking about a guy who would go to that park and hang around naked but we thought they were just teasing us. We found out it was true! I was sitting there with some friends when one of them turned to me and said "OMG! Look! It's nude dude!" I looked and there he was in all his glory, having a good ole' ****! We all just looked at him and laughed. Think we may have shattered his ego.
Incident #3 I was waiting for a bus with my sister when I spotted a guy in the bushes about 10-15 feet away. I didn't think much of it but when I looked in that direction again I saw that he was still there and was looking right at us while he fondled big Jim and the twins. Had his pants pulled right down and was just standing there pulling it. In broad daylight! At first I just laughed but then I heard some little kids not too far away so I whipped out my phone and called the cops. He disappeared pretty quickly when he saw my phone though.

Yes, driving down the street on Thanksgiving Day and this guy about 25 years old was standing out in his yard spanking it. I thought I might have been mistaken but my wife said, "Did you see that?" I mean, I like Thanksgiving, but I've never gotten that worked up about it.

Well at a movie theater once I saw a guy that had on a hoody and a blank face and was staring at the screen, it was the Producers and I saw it around Christmas, the tall lady was doing her dance and singing "If you got it flaunt it"
I was very disgusted and me and my friends started laughing, then one of my friends spazzed out and went up to where the dude was at and started yelling at him. That is all of the story my friend wants me to reveal.
