Cover Girl Marathon Mascara is the best i've used. It will stay on even in a pool. You can buy it at Walgreens and Walmart.

I use volum express waterproof. I think Maybellene makes it. The wax-based mascaras shouldn't smudge in the pool because the water isn't warm enough to melt it. It will smudge in the shower though. Just dab your eyes with a towel, don't rub and it will be fine. There's another one that doesn't smudge, it just kinda flakes off... I'll see if I remember it.

Nope, they are all wax based, so while they may not come off with a splash, if you rub your eyes, they will smear and make a mess. Try getting your lashes professionally dyed.
