going to sleep really works. or try writing it down in a journal or some place, and write why you're feeling nervous in the first place. then use some statement that counteracts that fearful statement. for example, the statement, "i can't do this, i'll mess up and everyone's gonna laugh at me." you can use a statement that says, "i practiced a lot, so how can i mess up? even if i do, i tried my best, and i can always do better." so there ya go.

First, decide if its really something worth worrying about. Will it even matter 5 years from now?

Second, is there anything you can do about it? Half the time there is.

Third, do you want to do anything about it right now? Depending on motivation and rewards. Sometimes you do.

if you are unsure, wait at least a day before doing anything

simplifies things

I sit down and make a list of what is troubling me. I figure out what I have contorl over and what I don't. I also write in my journal because doing that helps me process the situation and come up with solutions.

Stay busy and keep your mind occupied. An idle mind is the devil's workshop. 80% of what we worry about never happens anyway.

Good luck. Pops

If you mean something related to health, I usually first research the symptoms online. Then, if I think I may have a problem that requires a doctor's input, I make an appointment with my doctor.

If you mean something unrelated to health, I usually just overthink it, stressing myself out further! ;)

Start writing what is making me worried on a piece of paper then ball it up and throw it away.

I try to sleep it off. If that doesn't work writing in a journal helps me sort things out.
