Try one of the Detroit suburbs instead, like Hamtramck, or Pontiac(Oakland County), or head on down to Sandusky or Toledo, Ohio...

There may be a half-hour drive, but there are just as many seamstresses in the suburbs as are there in the big cities...

well it depends on where you live but you can go to certain fabric companies and they will ask you how you want it to fit and they will design it for you
