i disagree because Cancer is considered the most caring/nurturer of the zodiac and Leo rules the heart and is known for being very affectionate so by having this two placements, they will make someone very caring and affectionate and easily hurt if not getting the required attention they need (they give unconditional love but also expect you to do the same thing).
