Please state the OS you`re using. I`m assuming you`re using Windows.
In My Computer, select the disk you want to check and press alt-enter. A window will pop-up showing the properties of that disk, including its disk space usage.

click start button go to my computer, thiers a little hard drive icon, that says local disk, rest ur mouse on it, and a bubble will pop up it tells u the free space u have, and the total size and rams its has

go to ur my computer and do a right click on c drive and go to properties and u will find out. it will also tell u how much used and free space is available.
