It will run on the lowest settings, and even then not too well. I can tell you this for certain because I have an old computer with a video card that is just slightly more powerful than that one. If you want laptop to give good gaming performance, you have to go with at least a Go 7800 or Radeon X1800.

It will play them at a lower resolution and not too many bells and whistles. Counterstriker will run better than FEAR. Do you know if that card shares ram with your PC? Does it list it as Hypermemory for the video card? If so, that will make it even worse.

If you have atleast 512mb ram you should be able to run it at the lowest setting's but I would have to say yes you can play fear and counterstrike not on max setting's but you will be able to play it.
