i broke up with him cause he startd to act different and he lies A LOT but i still love him and he said he still loves me too.
is it better we just stay friends like my other friends say or should i get back with him?

Do not get back with him! Just stay friends. He might eventually grow up but why ruin a friendship over it. I'm sure he does still love you but who lies to the one they love. That is not love. You need to tell him to stop lying and maybe then you can work it out. Don't jump in until you know for sure though. Hope it helps!

Why dont you try dating other people and seeing what else is available for you. Maybe you'll find someone better. If your ex lies a lot, how do you know he's telling the truth about still loving you? Usually when a person starts to act different, it means they are preoccupied with other things (hint, hint). There's plenty of fish in the sea honey!

Hey EX is an EX because thats why is an X don't you think I my case I never take back an X because hats why is an X well he lies and you still want to get back to him...You just leting him walk all over you next time he lies because he knows you will take him back anytime he pleases and Love doesn't lie love is all good not bad like you say about you relation with him

ex's are ex's for a reason! There's something my friends talk about which is the "Way it was & the Way is used to be". You start getting all romantic about an ex b/c of the way it used to be. Oh he used to be so sweet, so romantic, yada yada yada, forgetting all the bad stuff about the relationship. So you get back with them. Then it turns into the way it was. Which is the bad stuff. It was unhealthy, uncomitted, etc. Don't get back with someone over romantic and unrealistic memories of the way it used to be. It will never be that again. And it wasn't that great to begin with it sounds like.
We love people for WHO they are and WHAT they do, not just because. Women stay with men who beat them "Because I love him". Doesn't cut it.

I recommend you find someone else who does not lie to you. There is no way you can have a worthwhile relationship without trust and there is no way to have trust if someone lies. Hold your head up, look yourself in the mirror and say "I deserve someone I can rely on and someone I can trust."

If he lies, mainly he lies to you A LOT, then don't get back with him. You will never be able to believe him about anything.
