When girls put on mascara why do we always have our mouth open?

It opens the eyes more and in my case pulls my chubby cheeks away from my bottom lashes.

We just feel more comfortable when our Mouthe's are open. Ever seen a woman keep her mouth shut? Putting on Mascara or otherwise.

It has to do with the facial muscles. When you open your eyes and look up (when you move that muscle) you generally open your mouth a bit too. I can put on mascara with my mouth closed, but I instinctually open my mouth.

Is that not soooo weird, it is like a reaction to mascara application! Whatever, my mascara always looks good, so if it aint broke dont fix it! LOL!

i think u pull ur skin down when u open ur mouth and u can put mascara on better

I don't open my mouth, but I think is because you are trying to strech the skin around your eyes to get very close to the root of the eyelash, if it works do it.

I get tense when i have my mouth closed and do it, so yeah i'm guessing it relaxes your face. And i know for a fact closing your mouth will cause tension

I think it's the same as men opening their mouths when shaving,it makes our faces more taunt.

well i hv an answer 4u...
its like whil applyin a mascara...v stop moving n shaking n entire concentration is on da eye n hands r stiff...in such a case its natural dat v stop breathing...so in order 2 take sm air in ...our mouths r openend automatically....strange ,but its natural !!
