Actually, Rumor has it ..he was caught a Burger King for real. Part of his contract was to not eat anywhere else in public and he was sued. Thats why they ended his commercials

He has probably made enough money being subways sole spokesman that he can send an assistant to buy a big mac or whatever.

i assume that he makes enough money that he can afford someone to get his food for him...but he only goes to subway himself. :)
