We used to save all of ours and turn it into shaving, dump it in gas and make our own napalm.

Don't know about makring a new bar out of old soap bar's.Year's ago we would put soap pieces in a jar with water. After sitting for some time you end up with sort of a liquid soap like you buy now.Take's awhile to collect that much soap.Like they said when you get down to a piece to hard to handle get out a new bar and press to old one next time you shower you most likely use up the old piece. The price of soap these day's your wasteing your time any other way.

I've read that you can cut up your old bars of soap, add water, heat until dissolved then pour into a mold and let dry. Big Mess.
Actually, I find that taking the sliver of soap that's left and "gluing" it to the new bar works just fine. How do you "glue" it? Just make sure both the sliver and the new bar are nice and wet, press them together and let dry. This will give you a new super-size bath bar.

Just buy another.... the time you put into saving bars of soap can be used to help at a soup kitchen or visiting at an old folks home.

Just fold a wash cloth in half twice and sew up two of the open sides. Then put your little pieces of soap in it .

I used to do it by putting all my old slivers of soap in an old sock. When I had enough slivers in it I'd sew it shut and use it in the shower. It worked for me. Make sure you change the sock every now and then.

Just take the old little sliver and wet it and stick it on the new bar then start using it.

do you not have anything else better to do? just throw it out and get a new one out. as for putting them into a sock and sewing it shut and using it is just gross! and cheap!
