ok, so in my neighborhood, some Canadians that began selling trees in the street, they wount stop playing their drums and flutes at night, what should i do?

I would say first try to check if they're at all reasonable by watching the way they talk to other people or by some casual conversation you might have with one of them. If they are you can just tell one of them the disturbance or distress they are causing you and they may stop. If they aren't, then there are usually laws and curfews on noise which anyone may make in a neighborhood and the sheriff may have to intervene.

Go cut off all their hair!! That will make them not able to play the flute or drums no more,don't you know their power id in their hair. It is their Achilles heel.

You can report them to the authorities. Depending on where you live, it's usually illegal to create a music disturbance at night. If other neighbors are annoyed, you can have those people report them as well.
If that doesn't work, there are always good old ear plugs.

You probably have noise laws so talk to them and then talk to the police. If your irritated your probably not the only one.
