First off why do you need the trees to be 20' tall. The larger the tree the harder it is to get it to survive a transplant even if a nursery grows them and digs them. Sycamore grows fairly fast so even if you buy a small one they can grow well and get to the size you want quickly. you can purchase small ones 2-3' tall and start them small and they will probably do better. also you know these trees can get over 100' tall right? i think that you should think twice about sycamore. Just to let Dan L know they are not softwood trees. Conifers are softwood trees, broadleaf trees are hardwood trees.
