Well you didn't say what you have tried already. If you have sensitive skin, I wouldn't recommend Nair or waxing that's for sure. Does shaving bother you? That is the easiest method I think. And there are some great shaving creams that help if your skin is sensitive.

The best way to remove hair is the same way men do when they shave. You need to soften the skin up. So hop in the shower and make sure its nice and warm. You can shave yourself in the shower right after the shower.
If you want to shave in the shower wait till your skin feels soft. Use a new razor and apply it gently to your skin. Shave the way the hair grows. If it grows down, shave down. This will allow it to glide nicely on your skin and not pull hairs out only cut them. A new Razor is also sharp and will cut the hairs easily. Take your time shaving and don't push. Let the razor do all the work. After you are done shaving use a lotion of some type. It will soothe and cool your skin.
If you choose to shave out of the shower apply shaving cream and wait for it to soak in a bit. Put the cream where ever you intend to shave. Don't shave a spot that is not soft and lathered up with something. Make sure to rinse the razor often. You can also find shaving creams and lotions to use while in the shower. The keys to a good shave are hot warmer, a good razor and taking your time.
If you want to shave any spot on your body its pretty much the same everywhere. The more sensitive places you just have to be slow with. Make sure to change your razor out after about two weeks.

The best way to remove legs? Chainsaw, fo so.
The best way to remove legs for a lady? Hacksaw definitely.
As far as buddy hair goes, well, I don't think any of my buddies would want me removing their hair. I mean, it's their hair, not mine.
I'm just sayin'.

trimming the hair with the scissors is the best way
