I have spoken with my psychiatrist about the fact that there is always something negative or stressful on my mind. His suggestion of cognitive restructuring seems like a good idea. I get the basic picture of changing my perspective through practice, but he left out the details.
How do I learn to use cognitive restructuring to help me with my current problem about always needing something to worry about?
