Ahh, you screwed up the question. Holes would be the right answer, but holes are not "objects"

Object (n) - something material that can be perceived by the senses.

While they can be perceived by the senses, they are not material. (Try answering the question "What material is a hole made of?")

The question should have been simply "The more of these you put in a barrel..." or "The more of these things...".

Nice try, though.
