i have tried several brands, changing that doesnt help, i have to just take a pill for one month becoz of some reason & want to know what can i do to prevent nausea?

try taking them at night. that may not help either. it didn't for me.

There isn't much you can do, if you are taking a lo dose hormone pill after about 3 days the nausea will be gone. To prevent from feeling a whole lot of nausea try drinking small amount of lime juice it helps some or rink very cold water but there isn't much you can do some women's body's just aren't tolerant to any hormones. Self medicating is a baaad idea, always. If your wanting to have sex then one month of hormones may or may not help, get him to use a condom or stay away unless you really want to risk it all.

Ginger tea is great for nausea. Some women just cannot take the pill. I was like you. I tried many brands and felt nauseous all the time so I stopped. Good luck.

Take your pill with milk. The milk helps settle your stomach. It worked for me.

Try eating when you take it OR take it right before you go to bed.
