No. A and B are both dominant and O is recessive which means that for a parent to have O then both of THEIR parents had O. The positive and negative don't matter like the ABO do...

Two parents with O would produce an O type baby.

Before jumping to massive conclusions, please have both parents and the baby tested/typed again because laboratory errors do occur. If the results are the same, then obviously some paternity testing would be in order.

No. That is biologically impossible. Two A positive parents can produce an O positive baby, but the other way around is impossible. O positive parents can only produce O positive and O negative.

People need to take a genetics class. Two O+ parents will most likely produce an O+ baby. But if either of the parents have Bombay Syndrome, it is possible to have an A+ child. Bombay syndrome is when someone appears to have O type blood but can actually have a masked A or B type. If one or both of you have this, you can have an A type, B type, or even an AB type child.

That information is so outdated! Do not listen if you have a family history of A+ then yes indeed you can produce an A positive baby. My parents are both O+ I am O- and My brother is A+ so yes indeed you can! That is why every individual is test for their blood type they used to just assume because bother parents were the baby would be to. No not if along the line great grandma wasn't.

No way the baby also has one parents blood type so if your baby is a positive and your both o positive something isn't right

Blood Type Inheritance

Inheritance of blood type is not a simple matter. Each biological parent donates one of their two ABO alleles to their child. While a person may have group "A" blood, he may have genes for both groups "A" and "O." If "A" group is dominant, the child's blood will be group "A." However, a person can give his/her children genetic material for either group "A" or "O." The same is true of "B" group. If both "A" and "B" genetic material is given to the child, the child will have group "AB" blood. A child with genes for "O" from both parents will be group "O." The following chart shows the possible blood types of a child as compared to the blood type of the parents. The word "possible" is highlighted since these combinations are only theoretical and subject to ones own family tree.

Mother's Blood
O A B AB
O O O,A O,B A,B
Father's A O,A O,A O,A,B,AB A,B,AB
Blood B O,B O,A,B,AB O,B A,B,AB
AB A,B A,B,AB A,B,AB A,B,AB

No...

O is a recessive trait, so to have O you need two O's
So that means the parents only have O and therefore can only pass on O.
