The artist who paints from their soul is my favorite artist. So many people just copy others or try to cash in on some new design but this doesn't capture the true meaning of what art is. Only people who paint from their hearts can create something fresh and remarkable. Those artists historically have become famous sometimes their works are so far ahead of their time they don't become famous until they've past.

More like "Who", I think. It's Van Gogh - mainly because, being a little whacko myself, I can identify with his artistic vision - especially "Starry Night."
