fine and/or jail time, it depends on if the kid commits a crime while drunk or hurts/kills someone, like drunk driving.

Where I live, it is a $500 fine, and possible jail time (30 days)

contributing to the delinquency of a minor is illegal and as far as i know you can go to jail for it
