Yes, your uterus growing and all the hormones through your body create cramping as well. The first time I was pregnant I thought I was just getting ready for my period.

Yes.
I've heard different reasons for it, but I'm most inclined to go with the explanation that says the ligaments that hold your uterus in place are being stretched due to the growth and development going on in the area. There are also increased blood and fluids gathering there. The answer I like least is that because your digestive system is slowing down, you're getting a lot of fermentation and gas in your intestines. Yuck.
I'm sorry, but I can tell the difference between cramps and gas pains. They're two totally different feelings.

Yes, you can still have cramps if you are pregant. It is mostly caused by the embro attaching to the walls of the uterus. If you are more concerned you should consut your family doctor or perhaps your OBGYN. Also for more detailed information here is a web site you can visit to help tell you what sympotoms you should expect and how big your baby is growing!

Many women still cramp when there pregnant, and it's most common to feel like your going to start your period any minute during your first trimester. And if you further along sometimes cramping is contractions.

Yes you can and will. Most women cramp throughout their pregnancies (feels like your period is coming) because your body is growing and your uterus is stretching. Normally that is a pregnancy symptom that goes ignored because it honestly feels like your period is coming any minute. (this is why I didnt know I was pregnant with my son until I was 10 weeks along LOL)

Sure, you can have all the cramps you want.

Heck, why dontcha take a couple of headaches while you're at it.

Just because you're preggers, doesn't mean you should be deprived from these wonderful pleasures.

Enjoy!

yes u can. just be very observant. pay particular attention to them, because they can be a sign that something is going wrong. u should be accostomed to ur regular cramps so if they last longer, are more severe, etc. check with ur doctor immediately.

regular check ups are advised.
