I love both ( i have a bit of a crush for inuyasha) but story wise, I prefer fullmetal achemist. It has more depth.
I also like cardcaptor sakura (bit childish), Chobits, R.O.D and ghost in shell.

I'd Have To Say Fullmetal Alchemist. It Inspired Me To Study True Alchemy. I've Now Researched Alchemy All The Way Back To It's Base, And Discovered Some Interesting Facts. Like Hohenheim (Ed And Al's Father) Is Named After Theophrastus Bombastus von Hohenheim, Who Made An Actual Homunculus.

well considering inuyasha wangs chung i'd have to say full metal alchemist but i'm more of a ghost in the shell stand alone complex fan

I like the Full metal Alchemist dat comes on adult swim almost every night on cartoonnetwork.
