Depends on what she's into. My husband gets me gadgets, his last gift was an iPod Nano. I don't like jewelry, and he could never pick out clothes for me on his own - so he sticks with something he understands, and usually makes good selections. Some of the other gifts he got me: an automatic jar and can opener (I used to always run to him when I needed to open a jar), an electric foot warmer (I get cold at the office), a really killer light fixture for my aquarium. My advice would be is to take note of what your wife finds interesting or compelling, and then try and select things she might like. This year I got my husband an authographed photo of one of his favorite celebrities, amongst other things; I think he will like that!

I find a gift card at any ladies boutic. Spa, any place she can get pampered. And it is paid for. Good present. If you enclude a limo ride 5xs better.
