I am not sure what you are asking, could you please add more details?

I have to guess what it is you are wanting to know. So, here is my best shot: If you are asking if you should upgrade to a faster speed connection from your ISP, then that would be something your finaces would dictate, whether or not you can afford to pay the extra amount for a higher speed allotment.

If you are asking if you should upgrade hardware which enables you to receive broadband connections, then again, that would be something your finacial situation would determine. If you want to upgrade your PCI Ethernet card from 10/100 to 1000 then check out prices and go forward as you can afford. If you are asking if you should get a different Adapter for your wireless connectivity, again, check out prices and act as you can afford.

Good luck and have a great day.

Not sure what your asking but here goes.....

I've used what I think your referring to as mobile broadband. Cell providers can provide high speed access through a card that plugs into your laptop. This service is marketed under different names with different carriers. Speed has increased to a reasonable level and coverage is pretty good. I have typically used it in the past when traveling. Unfortunately, don't become too dependant on it as (like cell service) it can be spotty in many areas.
