It's against the ACLU?
Do you even know what the ACLU is for? The ACLU doesn't make the laws in America - your politicians do. That's a stupid question. And his name is George!

Besides, it's a holiday. If you sue for celebrating Christmas, someone could sue for celebrating July 4th, or Hannukah, or Kwanza, St. Patrick's Day, Memorial Day, Veterans Day.....or any other holiday for that matter. There are lots of people who don't celebrate Christmas; that doesn't mean you sue for it.

Jesus is the reason for the season.

PS, before you file suit, read the 1st Amendment to the Constitution.

And the last time I checked, the ACLU was a private organization, not a government authority. And, for the record, it's founders were once part of the American Communist Party.

If celebration of Christmas bugs you this much, there's still a few communist countries left out there that'd gladly take you in.

Oh, boo.

The people that have a fit about other people's religions at Christmas/Yule/etc. always make me want to slap them. Let people have their own traditions, and don't whine 'cuz everyone else isn't the same as you.

Jesus isn't the reason for the season to everyone, b/t/w. Cuz not everyone is a Christian. But EVERYONE in this country has the right to celebrate what they wish. It's part of what makes America amazing.

Well, once you learn how to spell, you might be able to find the court house. Maybe you should sue the ACLU for celebrating stupidity!
