You say your family is cheap. Are you cheap too? If you are cheap like your family, and want to buy a gift, buy Christmas wrap for them to wrap your next year's gifts.
If you are not cheap like your family, but want to buy a gift, have a Christmas card made with your picture in it at Wal-Mart or if you are cheap and don't want to admit it even to yourself, do it on a computer using Photoshop and hand write a nice Christmas wish in it for each member of the family.
Either way, they will remember what you gave them for Christmas 2006.

Uno Attack is fun, Sorry, Clue, Monopoly, and of the board games are fun.

Why don't you make them something. Like a slide show or video, with all of your guys trips or holidays. You can also restore an old picture of your grandparents. Your parents would really like that.
Oh you can make them breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Things done with your own hands are more valiable than some present bought because "you have to"
