It is Carol of the Bells and here are the full lyrics.
Carol of the Bells
Hark how the bells,
sweet silver bells,
all seem to say,
throw cares away
Christmas is here,
bringing good cheer,
to young and old,
meek and the bold,
Ding dong ding dong
That is their song
With joyful ring
All caroling
One seems to hear
Words of good cheer
From ev'ry where
Filling the air
Oh how they pound,
raising the sound,
o'er hill and dale,
telling their tale,
Gaily they ring
while people sing
songs of good cheer,
Christmas is here,
Merry, merry, merry, merry Christmas,
Merry, merry, merry, merry Christmas,
On on they send ,
on without end,
their joyful tone to every home
Dong Ding dong ding, dong Bong

I can't remember the exact name (Hark the bells I think) but I can give you some more of the words:
Hark how the bells
sweet silver bells
all seem to say
throw cares away
Christmas is here
bringing good cheer
to young & old
meek & the bold
ding dong ding dong
that is the song (this is where the Merry Merry Merry Christmas comes in.

Sounds like you mean 'The Carol of the Bells'. One of the most beautiful Carols ever.... As an instrumental and with a Choir.

It's a Christmas take on the very popular Canon in D (you often hear it at weddings). It's often called Carol of the Bells or Christmas Canon, I don't know which one is correct.

I think it might be "The Carol of the Bells"
It goes something like "Hark! Hear the bells, sweet silver bells. Hear as they sing, *something, something....*"
I don't really know all the words, obviously, but I think that's the one.
