Are you bloody crazy, how can you expect to take a dangerous item like crakers on to a plane????

If the Christmas crackers have any explosive material in them at all... gunpowder, black powder, etc, you cannot take them either in the aircraft cabin OR as checked luggage. Check the airline's website for its guidelines. Also check with the Christmas cracker's manufacturer for the contents.

The postal services generally will not carry anything which may potentially explode, however you should check with your local postmaster for details. You may be able to send them if properly identified.
